BFA Macro Bonded Vitrified

BFA Macro Bonded Vitrified

Descriptions

Kowa’s Brown Grits for Vitrified Abrasive wheel is a very tough brown fused aluminum oxide abrasive with medium titania, blocky shape and high density. To get the kind of grains, we specially process the ingots, separate the magnetic material, and sieve the grains carefully to get a complete range of grit sizes. It is used for making vitrified bonded abrasive products where the very tough, strong aluminum oxide is required.

Applications

It is used for making vitrified bonded grinding wheels, cut-off wheels. The tough, strong aluminum oxide characteristic also enable this abrasive the used for pressure blasting and surface finish.
